These terms apply to zenitab (zenitab.com) and its subdomains. By using the services you agree to them.

The start page is provided free of charge and "as is". Search results come from third-party providers; we are not responsible for their content.

Advertiser accounts are for businesses and adults. You must give correct information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything published from your account.

Advertising balance is prepaid. Spend is calculated by our ad server (per click or per 1,000 impressions) and deducted from your balance. Unused balance can be refunded on request within 12 months, minus payment-provider fees. Invalid clicks detected by our systems are not charged.

All ads must follow the advertising policies. We may reject, pause or remove ads and suspend accounts that break them, without a refund of spend already delivered.

We may change these terms; important changes are announced by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
