This policy explains what zenitab (zenitab.com) does with information when you use the start page, the ad network or an advertiser account.

Start page visitors do not need an account. Your shortcuts, theme, weather location and search history are stored only in your browser (local storage) and never sent to us. Search queries are forwarded to the search provider you choose and are not stored by us. Weather and city search requests are sent through our server to Open-Meteo without your IP address.

Ads are selected using the page language, the country derived from your connection, the device type and the time of day. We do not create personal profiles, do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with data brokers. To limit how often you see an ad, we use a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day and is kept only in temporary memory.

Advertiser accounts: we store your e-mail, password (as a secure hash), company, country, language, campaigns, uploaded images and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive card numbers. Payment records are retained as long as tax law requires.

You can see and change your data in Account settings and delete your account at any time. For other requests (access, correction, objection) under GDPR, KVKK or similar laws, contact [email protected]. Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested URL) for security and delete them after 14 days.
